• Roasted almonds – 2 cups
• Raw honey – 1/2 cup
• Butter – 2 tbsps
• Turbinado sugar – 1 cup
• Heat raw honey and butter inside a medium sized saucepan at medium temperature. Reduce temperature and boil up to 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add almonds and stir continuously; boil again for 2 more minutes.
• With the slotted spoon move almonds to baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray and let it cool.
• In order to coat sugar over the almond surface, toss them inside a plastic bag.
