• Raw cacao powder – 1 cup
• Cacao nibs – 1cup
• Coconut oil – 3 tbsps
• Nut butter – 3 tbsps
• Raw honey – 3 tbsps
• Common salt – 1 tsp
Extra cacao powder, shredded coconut, finely chopped nuts, etc. for rolling the truffles in.
How to prepare:
• Combine all the components in a bowl and mix well; roll out the mixture into bite sized balls.
• Keep all the balls into the refrigerator for 1 hour until they become solid.
• For coating, roll out the balls over the mixture of cacao power, shredded coconut and finely chopped nuts.
• Again, keep in refrigerator for cooling.
